YOUR CONTEXT, EVERYWHERE Local workspace
GPT Manager desktop: four provider filters, a searchable context library, and a conversation inspector with Chat here and Terminal actions.

A real workspace. Shown with synthetic conversations.

01 / FIND YOUR FLOW

Less hunting.
More continuing.

Your chats have history, files, and a working directory. Keep them together in a workspace that makes sense.

One place for every thread.

Browse provider stores, filter your library, and search titles, projects, tags, and session IDs. Star the keepers. Archive the rest.

FIND & ORGANIZE

See what’s underneath.

Read conversation history, inspect tool messages, and locate the original files. Large transcripts load in pages, so the library stays light.

INSPECT & UNDERSTAND

Continue where you left off.

Resume a chat in your system terminal or stay in the manager with a live terminal tab. Your provider’s CLI and approval controls come with you.

RESUME & BUILD
02 / CHANGE MACHINES. KEEP CONTEXT.

Your work has places to go.

Take the conversation with you, along with its original context files and your notes.

  1. 01

    Pack.

Select contexts and export a portable .gptctx archive with a manifest and file checksums.

  2. 02

    Carry.

Transfer the archive to another machine through a channel you trust.

  3. 03

    Pick up.

Verify and import it into another manager. Inspect immediately, then restore original files when you’re ready.

Archives contain private conversations and are not encrypted. Restoring never replaces existing files. Native resume may need a matching project checkout or provider index setup. Read the transfer details ↗

PICK UP YOUR OWN THREAD

What was I working on?

Reconstruct yesterday, last week, or a date range across your projects with a recap grounded in conversation excerpts.

Find the day’s work.

Review dated activity across local conversations and optional SSH histories. Choose the excerpts you want to summarize.

DAILY & WEEKLY RECAPS

Remember what’s next.

Use one Codex or Claude client to summarize conversations across services. Generate a recap on demand or enable a daily recap of yesterday while the app is open.

YOUR PERSONAL CATCH-UP

Follow the sources.

Jump back into the underlying conversations. Keep recaps and their reviewed excerpts locally so you can revisit them later.

SAVED WITH EVIDENCE

Generate sends the selected excerpts to your chosen provider. Recaps use bounded samples and show coverage gaps; they can miss earlier activity or misinterpret a conversation. How catch-up works ↗

KNOW WHICH MACHINE YOU’RE ON

Browse there.
Resume here.

Add SSH aliases, discover nearby SSH servers, and see your remote conversations alongside local ones.

Connect your machines.

Choose an alias from SSH config or scan a selected local subnet for SSH servers. Machine labels make each context’s location clear.

SSH CONTEXT LOCATIONS

Work where it lives.

Resume on the source machine through an embedded SSH terminal. Your existing keys, host trust and provider installation stay in charge.

REMOTE RESUME

Hand it over.

Choose Resume here and select a local checkout or copy the remote work folder. Review available Git updates before pulling. The source stays marked as handed off.

GUIDED TELEPORT

Session locks coordinate GPT Manager launches on each host. External provider sessions and independent copies still need care; histories are never automatically merged. SSH setup and handoff details ↗

YOUR CLOUD. YOUR CHOICE.

Keep your next machine
in the conversation.

Connect an account from the manager, or choose an existing synced folder. Decide which contexts travel with you.

Sign in. Choose. Sync.

Account connection flows for OneDrive and iCloud, with Google Drive available once the project’s OAuth registration is configured. No manual connector installation.

DIRECT CONNECTIONS

A snapshot, on your terms.

Sync selected contexts or all local contexts. Run it when you want, or opt into a 15-minute schedule while the app is open. Previous snapshots stay intact.

MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC

Make room for a new folder.

Change a context’s launch directory, or move its original files to another store. File moves include conflict checks, byte verification, and a recovery archive.

MOVE WITH A BACKUP

Live cloud account authentication is still awaiting provider-account testing. Google sign-in needs a one-time maintainer OAuth registration; synced folders are available for all three services. Cloud setup and current limits ↗

03 / MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME

Install. Sign in.
Find your place.

Start from source with Node.js 22.12+ (24 recommended), Python 3.10+, and a graphical desktop.

Existing CLIs are preferred automatically. AI setup offers optional managed installs and sign-in; Usage shows supported account limits and reset times. Windows 11 x64 installers bundle Python. Download a Windows build ↗
